AB Mauri Vietnam Ltd. is committed to providing products in accordance with the standards of food quality, safety and hygiene. Our company keeps improving and enhancing the quality of our products, modernizing the production lines and strictly controlling the production process from raw materials to finished products supplied to the market, and we also maintain rigorous compliance with all requirements, regulations and rules of the laws as well as requirements of our customers.

Our Certificates:

  • In November 2004, AB Mauri Vietnam Ltd. succeeded in setting up and operating an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. Up until 2010, our system has been updated to the ISO 9001:2008.
  •  Moreover, in October 2010, we also upgraded our management system in accordance with the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Standards.
  •  To meet the requirements of our customers and expand our markets and customer range to the Muslims and Jews who abstain from eating certain foods, our company obtained a KLBD Kosher Certificate in June 2012. KLBD is the most prestigious kosher certification agency in the world.
  •  In July 2013, when the JAKIM (known as the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia) refused to recognize any certificate issued by the Muslim community to products for the Muslims, we was one of the first five companies that had obtained the certification of HCA (Halal Certification Agency), which is the only Vietnamese organization recognized by JAKIM in 2013.
  •  Regarding domestic certification, AB Mauri Vietnam Ltd. has obtained the Certificate of Food Safety Conditions issued by the Food Safety Department under the Ministry of Health.

 

Internal management procedures:   

  • We continuously maintain strict control over our processes to produce high-quality and safe products for consumers. Our company has a testing laboratory with over 10 professionally trained technicians who annually participate in a skill test in October together with the other 36 laboratories of our Group around the globe, and ABMV always receives high rank in the Group.
  • All the raw materials have to pass a microbiological and quality test before being put in storage. Our production lines are strictly controlled and 100% of our products are carefully tested before they are sold on the market.
  • Turning to yeast products, our laboratory is equipped with the most dedicated and advanced system in the world to measure the amount of gas produced during yeast activity, which is one of the indicators for the quality of yeast products.
